Refund policy

Tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the event.

Please note that Shopify’s transaction fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) is non-refundable.

In the case of a last-minute emergency, please contact us to discuss transferring your ticket to another person or applying it toward a future event.
